Waterbird survey on 3may2025.  More types of ducks and other birds, numbers relatively low with 5 ducks and 1 gull with counts over 100.  Notable were the 2 grebes: 50 Horned and 26 Red-necked  

Most birds of all kinds were not flying.  Most ducks and gulls were resting.  There were strong south winds and there's a big hooligan run on in Haines - gave the impression that these birds were taking a break from the commotion.
