Around 7:30 this morning between the RR dock and Broadway dock there were 300 Surf Scoters; 4 Long-tailed Ducks; 7 Harlequin Ducks and a Red-necked Grebe. Also Short-billed Gulls; Herring, Glaucous, and Glaucous-winged Gulls and Northwestern Crows. The raft of scoters contained at least one White-winged Scoter which could be seen when it flew.
