Skagit Community Foundation and Northwest Agriculture Business Center have partnered to provide flood relief to Skagit County farmers.
The program serves agricultural producers in Skagit County with unmitigated flood and storm damage incurred in December 2025.
Awards of up to $10,000 to cover farm losses caused by storm, flooding, or landslide that are not covered by insurance or Federal/State programs, are available based on availability of funds. Individual applications will be reviewed, ranked, and approved in ranked order until funding runs out
Application deadline: February 28, 2026
Award date: Awardees will be notified the first week of April
All scales and types of farms and ranches are strongly encouraged to apply.

Eligibility: Farms and ranches located in Skagit County have been in continuous operation for a minimum of one (1) year prior to December 2025 flooding, and with gross annual sales of agricultural products of $10,000.00 or more.

Award date: Awardees will be notified the first week of April
