BOIR CORRECTION (AGAIN!): FILING REQUIREMENT ON HOLD INDEFINITELY

My apologies for yet another correction to the Beneficial Ownership Information Report (BOIR). On March 2nd the United States Department of the Treasury announced the suspension of this BOIR requirement.   >> Read the press release   What does this mean? LLCs are no longer required to file this report and will not be fined if they fail to do so. Have you already filed? No problem! This is now an optional report. This latest information has not been updated on the BOIR website, which is how I missed this news. Thank you for your patience with me as I track this ever-evolving topic. CORRECCIÓN DEL BOIR (¡OTRA VEZ!): REQUISITO DE PRESENTACIÓN EN SUSPENSO INDEFINIDAMENTE

Mis disculpas por informar otra corrección más del Reporte de Información sobre Propiedad Beneficiaria (Beneficial Ownership Information Report, BOIR). El 2 de marzo, el United States Department of the Treasury anunció la suspensión de este requisito del BOIR.   >> Lea el comunicado de prensa (en inglés)   ¿Qué significa esto? Las LLC ya no están obligadas a completar este reporte y no recibirán una multa si no lo hacen. ¿Ya lo presentó? ¡No hay problema! Ahora, este reporte es opcional. La información más reciente aún no ha sido actualizada en el sitio web del BOIR, por lo que me perdí esta noticia.
