skaffold sync(in dev mode) failing with exit code 2

Hi, 

I am running skaffold in dev mode with sync option enabled, here is my skaffold file.

I am running a simple hello world application. App is getting deployed successfully but sync is failing with following error :-

Does your image have `tar`?

Hi Prashant, 

do you mind opening a GitHub issue with this error? Please also give some more information for debugging: OS, skaffold version you are using, the directory structure of your app and the Dockerfile your using (it might be that the 'tar' command is missing from your container that sync is using?).
