Curious about release cadence.

Hello team, 

I was curious about when Skaffold does releases?

Context, I contributed a pull request and see it is now merged, and was excited to have my team make use of this, with brew update.

Hi Travis,

Apologies for the delay. We had some issues with our release process after some dependency upgrades. There is a new release v2.14.0 as of yesterday. To answer your question, typically there is a new release every quarter or so, but the last one was delayed.
