In case you're not closely following SVN, I thought I'd let you know of some recent changes to Spam Karma trunk.
Interestingly, the ugliness in Dashboard appears to have fixed itself; it must have to do with recent WP Core changes or something. So the WP admin looks better across the board, generally speaking.
