You shouls use TCP Shield against such attacks

But it works only on Windows95/98/2000 and NT

you could also use a VPN solution to protect your network,
itself...depending on how your network is designed. we have a great, simple
to implement, VPN solution that is well-tested and fielded for a number of
defense sensitive but unclassified applications. drop me a note, if you
