it is the set of production from primary,secondary to tetiary that means cotton is taken to ginneries to separate cotton and seeds then seeds are taken for more manufacturing of oil and soaps where as cotton threads are taken for cloth production at last clothes are sold, the revenue obtained is returned back to farmers and producers consecutively i.e forward and backward linkage there is a link among cotton producers

just all the process from the farmer to the consumer where every one benefit from cotton production for example farmer produce and sell cotton as raw materials to ginneries the ginneriries sell their products to industries (cloth manufacturers)then all of them get the returns from the whole process.
