Shooting at 10th parking garage - Vietnamese Students

Last Night at approx 8:30 pm there was a shooting at 10th st parking garage. there were two victims that were shot and I believe possibly killed? The two victims were Vietnamese. KCBS News have contacted me for more information, does anyone know these people or have more information?
