Please note, I tried sending this last week. However, it remained in my outbox because GMail refuses attachments which include .chm files (it even checks within ZIP files for them).
I'm resending this with the zip extension changed to .piz. This is to prevent GMail from checking the contents of the zip file and refusing to send. To extract the files contents, change the extension back to zip, or force it to open in your favorite extractor.

There were a few people who wanted to have a C++ reference source during the programming exam.
For myself, I typically utilize this offline edition of
cplusplus.com. It's stored in Windows Help File format (sorry Mac users -- I think there is a offline web version for Mac floating around too). It works well for me and allows me to access of the reference sections of the original site when in a crunch.
Please note, you may get some error about "Operation cancelled" when you first open the file. You'll need to right click on the file, Properties, click "Unblock" towards the bottom of the properties window.
If someone has a better reference source, feel free to suggest it.
