I am a transfer student, and all I can do to prove my prerequisite is to take a photo of the course equivalency form,
turn it to pdf and upload it. however, it keeps complaining with this error message below

We're sorry, but we could not read the PDF you submitted. Please make sure that the file is not password protected and contains selectable text rather than scanned images.

I am considering my case as the special one so may I just show the the form to the teacher tomorrow, or anyone has the solution?

thank you

If you go to your unofficial transcript, select it all and then press ctrl-p to bring up the print dialogue. From there, instead of a printer select "save as a pdf". It should keep it unlocked and with selectable text. That's the exact way I did it and it accepted it right away.

My problem is I am a new student and musjsu doesn't have my unofficial transcript ready yet. My course equivalent form was filled by my advisor, in a hand written format, not a print format.

Ok.  Paste it on word doc should work.  If not, email it.
