Brown bag lunch - JFK

• after confirming multiple times, JFK has cancelled last minute. We don't want to do anything with them in the future because this has been a rather large mess.

Brown bag lunch - SJSU

• Dr. Feria - experimental, Dr. Feist - experimental
• Dr. Prins - clinical - still need to talk to
• Dr. Hosoda - IO - still need to talk to

Bowling

• start 1:30 - set everything + teams etc
• games start 2
• Alana will try to get AS funding

Movie Nights

• Dr. Arias will e-mail Kristin Apr availability

Data Blitz

• first, contact all profs get interest, second do voting, third select date depending on profs

SPARC

• Rose will try to set a meeting time with Dr. Oyamot

Convocation

• 'round May 25th
• will find out more in next few weeks

Inventory

• want to keep track of # of items
• We were over an amount recently. Watch out!!! make sure you're tracking

Issues

• need a duplicate file cabinet key
  • Rose will do it this weekend
• donating food for bake sales
  • yes, we accept. We want it in a box with name on it
• refrigerator
  • Sam may have found a fridge - will try to negotiate

Bake sale

• Feb 16-18
• Sam will make fliers
• Yvette will tell Shiela about bake sale
• when prices are dropped, put it on our price list with names and date (two officers need to agree)

Community Service

• Sam is talking to an org
• Kristin has an org - HealthTrust
  • Health trust is currently working with a cultural frat - we could do a joint
