Dear CCFers,

Hope that finals are going well for all of you! The staff are definitely praying that you would experience God's presence and peace in this busy season.

I just wanted to remind you all that our annual Chapter Camp is coming up in less than 2 weeks and that the deadline to register is next Monday @ 11:59pm!  

Camp is one of the most significant events that our fellowships put on every year. It is an intentional space to encounter God through Scripture, seminars, worship, prayer, and community. We understand that it is a large investment of both time and money and that there are some barriers for you to attend, but the staff firmly believe that it is also an investment into the eternal things- the things of God's kingdom. 

We hope that many of you would continue praying about Camp and would contact staff if you want to work through any potential difficulties you might be facing in being able to attend. And for those of you who already registered, we highly encourage you to invite your friends to come as well! 

SOME IMPT INFO/FAQs ABOUT CAMP

• Who should go? Can I invite my friends?
• Everyone! All core members of CCF are expected to attend camp. We also believe camp is a great way for anybody remotely connected to the fellowship to learn more and get more involved, so please invite widely!
• Camp should also be an accessible space for those who are still seeking Jesus, so please pray about inviting some of your spiritually seeking friends as well!

• How do I register?
• Registration is live and online at: bit.ly/chaptercamp2012
• Please note that you will need to submit your health insurance information and also a deposit (via credit card or paypal) when you register. 

• What is the registration deadline? Is it a hard deadline? 
• The deadline to register is Monday, May 14th @ 11:59pm. Since it is only a week before camp begins, we really need people to register by that deadline!

• How much does camp cost?
• Camp costs $265 to attend this year.
• You will need to pay the minimum deposit of $25 when you register. We will take paypal payments or credit card payments. 
• The rest of the registration fees will be paid once you arrive at Camp via check.

• Are there any discount codes?
• For anybody who registers for Urbana before camp, there is a $100 discount: URBANACCF. 
• Please note that even if you did not meet the April 30th early bird deadline for Urbana, you can still register for Urbana now and still receive $100 off Chapter Camp registration.

• How do I apply for a scholarship?
• If you are in need of financial assistance to attend camp, please fill out the attached scholarship application and submit it to: ivccfsch...@gmail.com
• Please note that the application deadline for scholarships is 11:59pm on May 11th!
• The scholarship will be applied to your remaining registration balance.

• How are we getting there?
• We will be organizing rides the week before camp. Emails will go out after registration closes about rides. 
• Please note that if any of you live locally and can get cars, we will need as many cars and drivers as possible and would appreciate you going home to get cars for Camp!
• Please also note that we are expecting to have most rides leave from Berkeley, so you will need to be back in Berkeley by the night of Sunday, May 20th.

• What if I have to come late or leave early?
• If you want to attend camp but may need to come late or leave early, please still register online. We will consider these needs when we arrange rides/transportation.
• There is no discounted rate for partial stays (mainly because we have to pay the Camp per person who attends), but if finances are an issue, you may apply for a scholarship.

Thanks everyone for considering camp! The staff put a lot of prayer, energy, and love into Chapter Camp and we hope that many of you will be able to encounter Jesus richly through it!
