We can celebrate birthdays once in a month or more frequently as decided upon on discussion.

Hey sachin

 

Well actually i had been thinking of taking up that responsibility, but if anyone else is also interested in helping me out with the same, then it would be much easier for us to arrange and coordinate the events

 

@Mahtab - that is something i was sending a mail about....

For upcoming birthdays, we can have a monthly party for everyone whose birthday comes in that particular month. I have already talked to manager of Gulmohar (rates still to be discussed) about the same keeping that as the party venue as its the most approachable for all of us. Cake can be arranged from Mongini's right across the road from IIT gate.

We would be collecting funds of Rs. 50 per month from everyone (would be surely enough for cold drinks, cake and 1 snack).

 

I have also selected at random some point of contacts, to whom funds should be given, please find the same in the file attached. In case anyone doesn't want to be point of contact, please discuss the same with me, so that we can give the responsibility to someone else in the group. We will start the trend by holding the first party at this month end for all the people whose birthday was in the month.
