im really frustrated with this error that came out of nowhere ! the thing i remembered that may have lead to this error is mental omega and reborn 2 mod (even tho i've uninstalled both and downloaded the game again and again from different websites)

Have you tried running as administrator? Also you could try moving your game directory from program files (which requires admin privileges) to Documents.

I'm also moving this to the correct forum for support.
