Don't Make An Irrevocable Mistake!
The Board of Trustees of San Joaquin Delta College is rumored to be
voting, in closed session this Tuesday (Sept. 9, 2008), to make an
IRREVOCABLE TRUST for OPEB (retiree benefits).

This irrevocable trust will drastically restrict the College's
financial situation for years to come. It is not a requirement, only
an option. There are other ways to fund retiree benefits.

Please plan to attend the board meeting, Tuesday Sept 9, 2008, 6:30pm,
and speak out against the irrevocable trust.
