OK, now we know that Blenheim is the master license-holder for the
Polo Fields property. All of the present activities on that site --
except Mrs. Irvine's corral -- are "sublet" by Blenheim.

So what of Sierra Topsoil? It occupies the site. According the the
license abstract created by the City, Sierra is a "sublet" of
Blenheim.

Will this industrial operation continue to occupy the "open space"?
How much rent does it represent to Blenheim? If the City were to seek
eviction of Sierra, would Blenheim balk?

Just who owns Sierra Topsoil?

If Sierra is ultimately closed, where will the manure and stall
shavings generated by SJC stables be processed in the future?
