On June 17, 2009, Roy Byrnes, Kim Lefner and I submitted a Brown Act
complaint to City Attorney Omar Sandoval, pertaining to the City
Council action of January 20, 2009, where an Option and Purchase
Agreement was approved by unanimous vote of council members in a
closed meeting.
