Optimizing Vegetable Irrigation Based On Soil Moisture Level?

Our farm has just started to use a sophisticated "Baseline" irrigation system that uses moisture sensors to inform our programs.  I can set specific parameters to start watering when the soil is too dry and stop watering when the soil has become saturated enough.

I'm looking for educational resources to help me tailor my irrigation programs to the preferences of each crop type -- we grow over 40 different vegetable crops).  I'd love a chart that looks something like this: https://www.acurite.com/blog/soil-moisture-guide-for-plants-and-vegetables.html .  Sadly, this one isn't very specific; "All vegetables require soil moisture between 41% - 80%," but perhaps it's a good rule of thumb.

Can anyone recommend any resources for optimizing irrigation for different crop types (specifically vegetables)?
