WSI recently had a spontainous fire in a flow back tank. This has been
verbally addressed at the Frac meeting on Friday January 30 2009
The procedure for using flowback tanks.
1 Always use LEL monitor.
2 Shut in and wait at least 15 minutes or until vapors are clear
before changing chokes or any work above the landing.
