Greetings from the Managing Committee of the SJBHS OBA... GOA CHAPTER!

The Goa Chapter of the SJBHS OBA invites you to the 6th edition of its annual event – The “SJBHS OBA CONNECT – Goa 2015” to be held at the Chalston Beach Resort, Calangute, North Goa..

1.0 DATES : Saturday 8^th August 2015 & Sunday 9^th August 2015.

2.0 VENUE: “Chalston Beach Resort”

3.0 COSTS: 

3.1 Accommodation costs:

Rooms on twin sharing basis @ Rs. 1575/- per day per person (room tariff

Rs. 3150/- per day) and Rs. 3600/- for premium rooms.  The rates include breakfast and taxes, Lunch and Dinner are available at the restaurant as per the resort menu.

3.2 Fellowship Costs:

 Cost for fellowship. Lunch & Drinks Rs. 1500/- per person, Children below 6 yrs free, 6- 12 yrs Rs. 750/per child.

4.0 PROGRAMME:

8^th  August 2015:
1930 hrs : Warm up session with music and light dinner,Drinks will be available

 At rates specified by the resort.

9^th August 2015:
1030 hrs : Registration.
1100 hrs : AGM of the Goa Chapter.

11.30 hrs : Entertainment – The Goan way with great music to entertain you till sun down. Buffet lunch will be served.

5.2 If you would like to extend stay after the programme please state at the time of booking.

5.3 HOTEL BILLS HAVE TO BE SETTLED INDIVIDUALLY AT THE   

      RESORT

5.5 Activities at resort: Site seeing may be arranged. Kindly inform Hotel Reception in advance.
