Creation of a new Google group for all SJAA Members

Dear members,
As you know, we currently have 2 separate groups that we use for communicating amongst ourselves regarding our astronomy interest:
1. SJAA AstroImaging Google group (this one)
2. SJAA Observers Yahoo group (this is being migrated to a Google group)
However, there is no convenient mechanism for communicating with all SJAA members - imagers & observers. For this purpose, we are creating a new Google group for ALL SJAA members.
* This group will consist of ALL SJAA members, and will be the primary mode of communication with the members.
* All current SJAA members will be automatically added to this group. Subsequently, any new members joining SJAA will get added automatically to the group. Also, those whose membership lapses will be automatically removed from the group
* This is expected to be a low traffic group since it will be used only for organization wide communication, such as election announcements and calls for nominations, etc.
* If you wish to leave this group, you may do so, but then you will no longer receive any SJAA communications meant for all members.
The SJAA Observers group is being moved from Yahoo group to a Google group
The SJAA AstroImaging group will continue as is, with no changes.
We will begin creation of the new SJAA Members group on 11/25/2019 and expect it to be completed by 12/31/2019 (Google puts a limit on how many member can be directly added to a group per day).
