On my way! Wee bit late but hey, tossing is tossing.

Jake, i'm at the 10am pickup, but it's in Morningside park now(at about 110th), not riverside.
See y'all tomorrow unless you come join for some pickup now.

Hey we could really really use another woman (we have 1 now). Next game is in 1.5 - 2 hours. Also, it's beautiful! Ain't a lot of 70+ degree days left in the next 5 months.
It's at 2:30 pm MUD time, so 2:45 pm - 3 pm EST

So I fell back asleep and just woke up so I'm going to be pretty late. So sorry I'm coming as fast as I can!

I went out harder than I expected last night. It wasn't the afterparty from the wedding that got me, it was the after-afterparty. My alarm was going off from 10 till, well, a few mins ago.
I'm on the train up right now, will be there soon.

Received an email from MUD Commissioner Rosefigura an hour ago. Apparently, it's not looking good. The manager of Inwood Park is saying right now that the park will be closed. Moreover, if we dared to defy this closure and played anyway, we'd lose the permit (i.e. no more MUD). So check back with us again this weekend, but it's not encouraging to say the least.
The email went out, but I'm sure some of you aren't on the elist. Games are canceled. And that makes me a sad panda.
hey team,I'm out this weekend. I went for a run yesterday to test out my knees and it couldn't hold out. I'll rest this weekend and hopefully i'll be able to make the playoffs next week.see you all soon!

Barry passed this along regarding walking to the new fields:
Hey- not that it is too big deal but the tennis courts are actually a roller hockey rink and look nothing like tennis courts. Once you see the rink you are pretty much there but it may make sense to let everyone know that they will not see tennis courts.

Hey everyone,Games are on this weekend! 12:45 pm and 2:30 pm. I'm unfortunately not going to be here this weekend, but the weather looks like it's going to be really nice. However, the games are not happening at the normal Inwood fields. The new fields are a few blocks south.Fred sent along these directions:
1) Take the A or the 1 to Dyckman St.
2) Walk WEST on Dyckman all the way to the river (go through the WSH overpasses).
3) Enter the park on the right (heading NORTH)
4) Follow the path; there are baseball fields, then tennis courts, then soccer fields.
This map shows the fields:
This is the last weekend before playoffs! Everyone has had an unexpectedly long break from playing, so try to get out there this weekend and shake the rust off. Probably aren't too many 60 degree days left in the next few months.
Hi guys! Sorry I can't make it either. I'll be with you in spirit. Anne Ariella Rosen <ayr...@gmail.com> wrote:

I'll be there. Heading up now, in fact, because the parks service is having a volunteer cleanup of Inwood hill park from 10-1 today. Barry, because youre local, if you've got some time before your family thing, you might want to stop by. Field house, 207th and Seaman. Everyone else, see you at the dyckman fields at 12:45!
...and I particularly hope Ashlan and Andi are coming...
I'll be there as well for both games.
