Hey Guys, 

So I put together the first draft of the Technical Appendix. And I figured out something really good, and that is that the Forwad Method adds one variable at a time (on each step) on the order of importance. And so there's a table in the output with the variable it added each time. The order of importance will be the following (I checked what you get with the tree analysis and at least the top 2 variables as the same as in ours)

 

Therefore the order of importance from top to bottom would be the following:

How long as a customer?

Has used a Cash Point in the last week?

Age in years

Uses mobile bank service?

Has a current account?

Has savings?

-> Could refer to mood, since mood is another piece of info we consider when making evaluations. So if we're in a positive mood, for example, it is more likely that we will give a positive evaluation.

Do you guys think it makes sense?
