Hi all

The entries for guaranteed entrants only open tomorrow at 9am. It will remain open for at least 48hrs. The link is here http://regonline.activeglobal.com/Register/Checkin.aspx?EventID=1152708 , but won't be active until 9am tomorrow.

If you are not a guaranteed entrant then please do not use this category. Instead use either of the Novice or Veteran categories which are applicable to you on 15^th December.

Guaranteed entrants are:

5 Finishes only (in any year)

11  Finishes or more (any year)

6-10 finishes including  last three  6FTs completed

Race Pioneer (1984 Runner)

Previous winners

Overall top ten gender in 2011

Winner or podium of following:

Fitzroy Fire Trail Marathon (winners only), Glenbrook Marathon, Deep Space Marathon and Two Bays Trail (podiums)

Fundraiser over $1,000 in 2011 and 2012

International or local entrant or 6FT Volunteer authorised by RD

Pacer/Sweeper

All entrants meeting the above do also have to be qualified within the qualification time frame. Exceptions are for 2012 entrants with 2011 finish as qualifier.

If you do not meet any of the above criteria or are unsure of whether you do, please do not use this entry category. Instead, clarify your status and if still unsure check with the RD between now and 15^th December.

If we do not meet our guarantee category target, then additional guaranteed spots will be allocated after the 48hr window in the order of finishes in the 6-10 bracket.

Your entry will require a new password (plus confirmation) i.e. previous passwords do not have to be remembered. Passwords will require 3 out of the following: caps, lower case, digits and symbols. If you cannot log in, do not panic because you will have plenty of time to do it. It will also serve as a test form for us to make sure that the general entries go smoothly.

The entry fee has gone up from $135 to $140 including a shirt or singlet. This is the first overall price hike since 2009. The clothing design has not been finalised yet but will hopefully be as attractive as the previous editions.

 Discount codes for  pioneers, lifetime legends, previous winners and pacers are as follows:

1984runner; lifetimelegend, previouswinner and pacer respectively. These codes are only for those runners and anyone else using them will be deregistered.

If you are a 2012 entrant who donated your refund , you will also get a free cap as part of your entry as a token of appreciation. Unfortunately we cannot give donors any entry favouritism because the donation was unconditional.

If there are any issues with the form that my testing hasn't picked up please just post a comment on our website blog - one comment per issue will do.
