After installation the webpage is just blank

Hi i have followed every single step correctly all checks are correct in the green database configured once i press finish the page reloads and its blank

As you can see int he attachment file my folder structure is laid out as shown and have the index.php files in web folder i access it via

http://192.168.1.24/web/index.php which is my local server but nothing comes up why is this
