Suddenly swap generates multiple invoices of the same recurring invoice

Suddenly swap started to generate multiple invoices of the same recurring invoice all with following numbers, so i have to delete those double ones but now i get great gabs in the invoice numbers.. 

It happens when i generate outstanding invoices.

Any one had the same problem ?
