Give PANIC another chance.

Yesterday, I've found out that PANIC (1994) , SITO's oldest mega project, is still possible to add art. The last time anyone has added art in this mega project was in October 7th 2012, nearly a month since The Yono Kickstarter had started.

Well, it might be a bit of an exaggeration, but let's pass the torch.
