Position: Product Design - Sr.Executive"
Qual: B.E / B.TECH / Dip - Mech / Auto / Prod
Location: Chennai @ Guduvancherry
CAD software:
Primary: Pro-E, Windchill
Optional: Catia / Solidworks
Key Skills Required:
1. 3D modeling (Solid and surface modeling),
2. Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T),
3. Sheet metal, plastics and rubber parts designing, precision machining
4. Knowledge on sheet metal, plastic and rubber materials,
5. Knowledge on DFMEA, QFD, DOE, Design review, Tolerance Stack-up,
6. VA/VE, Design for manufacturing and assembly
7. Project Management,
8. Analytical and problem solving skills,
9. Bench marking,
10. Exposed to TS 16949 / QS 9000 / ISO 9000 standards, TQM, PPAP & APQP compliance
