Job Outline   BIW Design & development                    Design Validation in Quality, Cost, Delivery Coordination with other designers/ suppliers / manufacturing dept / styling dept Deployment of requirements in-line with Parent Organization needs. Response to Q&A from/to suppliers CAD data checking. Working with PDM packages (team center/ Wind chill/GDG) Monitoring and reporting of cost, quality and schedules Project Material preparation for progress meetings.       Skills   Minimum Requirements   More than 2 years relevant experience CAD experience in CATIA V5 (Modeling, Surfacing, Drawing creation, Sheet metal) Strong experience in PDM packages (team center/ Wind chill/GDG) Sound Experience in ISO GD&T Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Worked with Component suppliers to support component design. Has a comprehensive technical analysis and judgment skill Able to interpret results / make recommendations for the project Capable of using MS office tools like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word Cost Reduction Study experience at component and system level Relevant Project management capability Able to make decisions or solve complex problems by drawing on technical/professional knowledge   Desirable Additional Skill / Experience   Knowledge of automotive industry and markets. Knowledge of checking fixtures, Sheet metal Process (die design/Welding/Geometry/ Painting)     Academic Background   Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering discipline
