Availability of 1.14 and migration to 2.0

We are currently running 1.12 in a prod and dev environment, to resolve possible bugs in 1.12 we would like to bring the dev first and prod afterwards to the latest version of 1.x.

1. What is the timescale for availability of 1.14?
2. What further releases are planned for the 1.x platform?
3. What migration tools are or will be available for the MongoDB migration from 1.x to 2.x?
4. What documentation is available comparing the 1.x API with the 2.x API that can be used for application migration planning?
5. What is the status for support for InfluxDB in 2.x and will there be continuity of data series based on assignment token post the migration?

The above questions are working towards us migrating our Sitewhere platform and application to 2.0 EE.
