A subpage content does not appear after editing and saving

Since this morning I have been adding contents to one of the subpages in my google site through editing option. After saving the page and on confirmation saying "your changes have been saved" I leave the page. Next time I navigate to that page and open it I find a blank page with all contents removed. This is happening again and again since this morning. I have been using my goggle site for years now and have edited pages up teen number of times, but have never faced such problem. Please help.

Check the site pages listing to be sure you don't have two similarly titled pages: one that has the content and one empty.

You can find pages in manages settings > pages.

Also check the site revision history (also in manage site) to see if those changes are registered there.
