question about inserting a google spreadsheet into a Site

So if I have a Google Spreadsheet with multiple tabs, those tabs are listed along the bottom of the spreadsheet.

If I publish the spreadsheet, I can view the published spreadsheet on the web and it will then have the different tabs listed at the top (not at the bottom).

I want to be able to see those tabs at the top when I insert that spreadsheet into a Google Site.  However, this functionality does not seem to carry over to the Google Site.

I edit my Site, click Insert-->Drive-->Spreadsheet.

After I select which spreadsheet I want to insert, I choose the "View as Spreadsheet (published)".

After I save, I see that the spreadsheet has been inserted, but the tabs are still listed across the bottom.  So am I correct in assuming that Sites cannot transfer the functionality of placing the tabs across the top of the inserted published spreadsheet?

Does any of that make sense?  :)

I believe the tabs can only be as you saw.
