Nice to hear from you. I am very happy to know that you are heading Department of Mechanical Engineering at our own SIT.
Is it possible to get a list of all our batch mates. If the list is available in any form in SIT, we can extract the data and make a master list of all our batch mates. This will help us in tracking & contacting them. Mohan Bhaskar is willing to come over to SIT for a day or two to collect the info. May be Nagkumar can also provide local help.

Thanks for refreshing our memories. I have attached my recent photograph.. hopefully this will help many of you to place me.
I think it is a good idea to share info about self with the group.... I am sure these contacts will help some of us in business also.
Kumar has given some info about me. For last 6 years I am with Sansera as Plant Head for Pune Plant. Prior to this, I was with Kirloskar Oil Engines Pune. At Sansera Pune, we manufacture Crank Shafts for 2 wheelers.. Apart from Crank shafts, Rocker Arm, Con Rod, Gear shifter Forks are our main products. We have 7 plants across India – 4 at Bangalore, 1 each at Manesar, Pune and Pant Nagar. We also have 2 forging plants – 1 at Bangalore known as Gearock – this is a 100% subsidiary of Sansera and more of a captive plant. Second Forging plant is Fitwel ( this is run by Nag Kumar & family) at Tumkur – Kumar has already given brief about Fitwel.
I would like to mention that Fitwel has helped Sansera in a great way with supplies of very high quality forgings ( that too in very high volumes). Sansera has learnt a lot about forging business from Fitwel.
KK has been active with TN group and we expect a good response from there.
Now we must activate Delhi / North team..... Ashu / Ratan are you listening ??

Dear Mohan Happy to know that you all remember me. Mahesh is the same who was in GMS room No 1. Mahesh , correct me if I am wrong. Mallikarjun is now HOD of Mechanical engg SIT. Mallik can help for any info required from SIT. I got into our family run business immy after completing BE. We started a forging industry manufacturing forgings required for mostly auto industry. Later we got merged with Sansera group and now they are the holding company. We manufacture forgings from say 50 gms to up to 10 Kgs . Sansera is the tier one supplier to major OEMs both export and domestic and they have got plants in Bangalore , Pune , Delhi and Panth Nager. Sathish Kumar is the Pune plant Head. If you happen to require any forgings , you can contact me or Sathish. What do you say Sathish?? , I have already started marketing thru’ our alumni friends. I work for an Engg company called McNally Bharat Engg Co Ltd at their B’lore office and am in Mktg. Is Mahesh the same who was in Room No 1 in GMS. I can also place Mallikarjun and Narasimha prakash. I recall Hiremath and Jayanth but a little foggily. I’m sure I can place them if I see them.
Are you still based in Tumkur. If yes, would it be possible to enquire with the college if we can get a list of students of our batch and addresses as per records – for whatever it is worth.
