I have updated the spread sheet with the contacts numbers and email id’s and spoken to each one of them. All of them are coming for the gathering; however their arrival on 1^st Oct is not confirmed and hence not entered in the confirmation column.

 

I request individuals to confirm their arrival schedule ASAP that helps for organizing accommodation by Mr. U.S. Malllikarjun, Shiva and Nag kumar  etc.

Dear All

Yesterday myself and Mallikarjun met the country club manager and discussed.

1.       The cost of stay is finalized to  Rs 1,000 Person. They have  rooms such as 1) 10 No.s of Suites which can accommodate 5 persons 2) 5 double rooms which can accommodate 3 person with extra bed 3)3 single rooms which can accommodate 3 persons. You can share the rooms and suites the way you want.

2.       Dinner is included in the tariff of Rs 1,000. The menu includes both Veg and Non Veg.(He will be sending the menu, we will finalize it)

3.       Liquor is available , Beer , Whiskey(Only scotch) , Soda and soft drinks.  Anybody planning to bring liquor is ok. No corkage fee for that.

4.       Pick up from Country club on 2^nd Oct at 8.30 AM confirmed by Mallikarjun. (The registration and breakfast at SIT  starts at 9.00 AM)

It was indeed a thrilling experience to meet every one  , after  a looooong gap of 25 years.

 

For the first time in the Alumni function , The Dias was full and no space for a group photo and we had to go out of the auditorium for a group snap.

 

I think we should have a data base of all showing Name, Photo and Profession it will help us to be in touch and also could be a possible business relation.

 

Sathish , I think you have data base of most of the guys can you please give a finishing touch to it.

I was proposing that we meet next in 2015 and then in 2020, 2025. I am not hazarding dates after that!

Chose these years to make it easy to remember.

Satish, We also need to compile the database from this meet. Most of us filled in the registration form at the meet and Mallikarjun should be able to access this data? There were many who came in the day of the meet, especially those from Tumkur itself or nearby areas.
