As a next step, we are looking forward to helping community people.

Many nomadic and tribal families living in Sakkimangalam near Madurai. Most of them are "Boom Boom bull owners, soothsayers, street play artists, and people who earn money by whipping themselves".

Due to Covid's situation and curfew restrictions, they are suffering without proper income and without proper food and fodder for the cows they raise for the past 15 months. They can survive only if something like temple festivals/ wedding ceremonies/concerts happens. None of this has happened in the last one year, so they are broken financially.

We are there to give them ideas/solutions to slowly move on to other professions and improve their lifestyle. We have decided to support them by providing all the items we can, including rice and groceries, for a month for those who have been suffering from poverty for months.

Samathuwapuram is a collective area inhabited by marginalized people belonging to various groups; A total of 365 families live here. We are planning to provide a package of groceries worth Rs. 500 per family and 5 kg of rice. We also plan to provide fodder and oil cake for the cattle they raise.

                         1)      365 families * 500 rupees = 1,82,500 rupees.

                         2)      51 cows * 500 rupees = 25,500 rupees.

And so we planned to supply them with rice and fodder for the cows as much as it is available (we accept even if someone donates ration rice/ rice bag of their own). It will be good if one person takes charge of a family. With the support of 365 friends, this will be possible in a week. Please put our hands together to do our best for them.

Can you help with this little effort of ours? so that they can eat well for a month.  To demonstrate that your donation is being spent in the right way, you are invited to a product distribution event. Also, we will upload everything like receipts for purchases, total accounts, photographs, and videos of goods delivered on our social media platforms.

We also, post the amount each person contributes to a family in this Google data and make it visible to everyone.
