Dear all: I will not be able to make it to today's lunch.
I had physical therapy this morning (story below) which I just got home from. As such I won't be able to get to hoboken at any reasonable time.
Please continue with the projects from last week (aka finishing inara's design, and reconstructing Simon)
Here is the somewhat longer explanation for why surprise physical therapy:
Sophomore year I fell and hurt my neck in an offcenter rehearsal. I had to go to the hospital, get all sorts of x-rays, and then basically lay in bed for 4 days not moving while on muscle relaxers and other drugs, followed by about a month of chiropractic. It seems it didn't take, because about a year and a half ago I woke up one morning with the same pains in my neck, coupled with the inability to move it. Chiropractic resumed, and we thought it was fixed. Not so; Monday afternoon in the middle of the day, suddenly my neck locked up, and i was unable to look right or up, or basically move it at all without quite a bit of pain. This time we decided on a little more aggressive approach: actual physical therapy. I went yesterday and then they had me make an appointment again for today, I made it as early as possible so as to hopefully still be able to make it back up today. Unfortunately, it took over an hour, and I will not be able to make it back up.
I may be back up friday, but it is far more likely that I will see you all Monday. Sorry again for my absence.
If anyone has any questions, especially about what to be doing this week or anything of that nature, please email me. Thanks again, and enjoy lunch today.
