Maybe a fix for one of the subversion issues people have been having

For those of you who have been using subversion, if you ever get the
issue where the icon changes to the red symbol over a folder and you
can't figure out why, try right clicking on the folder, going to the
tortoisesvn option, and selecting 'clean up'. This, in addition to
trying an 'update' and 'revert', should fix any issues and keep you
from having to delete and recreate it.

Just something I noticed while working with it this morning that I
thought I'd share, let me know if you have any issues.
