Dear All

Attached are 3 files with 3 flow charts for registration process:

1.  ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR RETURNING LOCAL STUDENTS
2.  REGISTRATION FOR RETURNING INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
3.  REGISTRATION FOR RETURNING INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

For your information, students with status 7A are ACTIVE students  who can register using bursary portal.  However, they are not able to obtain info on the details of the status whether SM, AM1, AM2, AM3 OR GT which they need to know.  For this, students have been directed to refer to faculties to obtain their status from faculties since this information is not available on the bursary portal.  International students register manually.  The flow charts are also available for students' viewing on IPSis website.  You can also assist by disseminating this information to your students at the faculty.

We hope to improve the registration process for next semester's registration,  In the meantime, please provide us feedback to improve this process.
