I'm proud to announce the candidates of Middle Management Board from ICX GIP.

Wanna know who will lead ICX GIP  next term?

Reminds:

• For those who check-in after 18:15 will have NO voting right!!
  
• All AIESEC SISU oGCDP members are Required to attend MMB Election!
  
• All EBs/ representatives of SU/EI are welcomed to attend MMB Election.
  

[B] Election Process Explanation:
Each Candidate will go through the following process:

• Candidate Speech (10 mins, in English)
  
• Q&A by different voting group (5 mins, in either Chinese or English)
  

 
More details about the process will be explained onsite.
 
[C] Voting Weight: 
(All the following percentage goes for total weight of the voting group, but voted by every person separately)

• EB: 40%
  
• TL: 25%
  
• Members/Managers: 20%
  
•  Others (Alumni ,representatives of SU/EI, etc.): 15%
  

 
[D] Balloting Regulation:
Only those who check-in before 18:15 and stay for the whole election till end have right to vote.
 
[E] Final Advice:
For Candidates:

• Get prepared. Please arrive before 18:00 and check your PPT onsite.
  
• Bring a print version of your APP
  
• Add oil :)
  

For Attendants:
- Dressing code: Business formal or semi-formal required for Current EB/TL; 
- Business formal or semi-formal preferred for other attendants.
- Before you come to the election, prepare for the questions that you are interested
- Show your respect to the election and candidates.

1.Plz print your own APP,both specific one and general one,for 3 copies and bring then tomorrow;

2.Specific location:SISU 2nd teaching building,2431;

3.Please arrive in advance to copy your PPT to the computer there in case of any technical problems;

4.Please get well prepared and make your presentation smooth.

No matter the result,make sure you enjoy yourself and never regret your own choice!
