Hope you all enjoy the iLEAD RIC in the past week, however, RIC is just the beginning of your leadership journey and the better is yet to come! Here, on behalf of ICX GIP function of AIESEC in Mainland of China, I proudly present the National Sales Challenge!

What is Sales Challenge & How to play?

1. Check out the introduction video here!(Password:iGIP) Sales Challenge regulation included!

2. Every Team consists of 3 members at minimum & 5 members at maximum. VPs please give all your function members salesapp account, this is required to attend the sales challenge!

3. After this, every TL please fill in the survey: https://podio.com/webforms/5881143/459163. Please be noted that only when you fill in the survey will your team get a ticket to the sales challenge:) Sales Challenge application DDL: 18:00, Sunday, Oct 27th.

4. Points counting(Data counted from Oct 28 to Dec 31): 
  • New partner CV=5 points; existing partner meeting=10 points; You need to take a picture of company meeting to prove, also this will be used for showcasing:D
  • One TN form raise=20 points; One TN form match= 35 points; One TN form realize = 50 points. TN status changed will be the proof.
5. We will have weekly Sales Challenge billboard, so stay tuned on weekly newsletter & KD weibo showcasing. (Don't forget to get a KD weibo account as well, register at www.kdweibo.com with your aiesec.net Email)

6. Empowerment: 
  • Weekly Top 5 performing individuals will have MC coaching talk for sales empowerment!
  • Bi-weekly sales webinar will be held to offer timely sales guidance and create GCP sharing network. (GCP=good case practice)
  • Leaders of Top 3 performing Sales Team will have full transportation & delegate fee subsidy for National Sales Summit. Top 3 performing members will have free delegate fee subsidy for National Sales Summit. In the sales summit, you will have access to external professional sales coaching as well as sharing GCPs with sales elites in the network.
