这是我CI的reflection，不以report的形式

对不起大家！一直觉得在做CI的时候没有给大家足够的input和learning point，我从来不希望你们做很多事情只是在付出你们的劳动。

我一直在思考，今天之前我一直没有想通。

最近总喜欢把自己搞的很疲惫，或是看看书沉淀沉淀，或是和newiee们畅谈人生未来，更多的时候就在gmail前发呆。

我们匆匆吃了一次蛋糕就算是bonding了，连总结或者反思也似乎可以跳过。

我想告诉大家一个决定，也当作一份礼物送给大家：我会去竞选VP。

其一，关于信任

这是我昨天刚刚决定的，我希望把这个对我个人来说很重要的决定第一时间分享给我的同伴们。

大概做完CI之后才发现：我对你们的信任是120%的！

之前，不放心你们做的日志相册，很多想法都一定要按照我的来做；

不放心你们去扫楼，每场扫楼我都一定要跟去；

不放心你们去面试，很多时候错怪你们没有做好。

现在，我想把我这个很重要的决定和你们分享。

其二，关于传承

之前犹豫是因为幼稚，总想着以一个完美的方式离开AIESEC，幻想着激流勇退的人生境界。

可我看到每一个newiee身上的闪光点还有棱角的时候，我觉得现在还不是我离开的时候。

我看到一年前的自己，眼看自己每一天都在进步，现在更不是我离开的时候。

RIC的时候，有一个newiee对我说：你和emma在叫“我的member”时会特别自豪，我们好像你们的小孩。

我要亲手培养出新一代的接班人，我要看着自己辛辛苦苦做出来的成绩代代相传，我要让我付出最宝贵青春的SISU越来越好。

我要用一桶水去给别人一杯水，我依然赚了大半桶水！

传承其实也是对自我的发展，也是一种使命和荣耀。

其三，关于未来

我想说我们一起去竞选吧

就算没有十足的把握，这种尝试也是毕生难忘的。

分享一位candidate的话：不该犹豫要不要选，至少你选了可以告诉别人你的激情。

但我或许没有那么高尚，选不上还是会难过，自己踌躇满志的想法不能由自己实现还是会惆怅无比。

我知道每个人的心里或多或少都会想过要不要竞选VP的问题，有时候在心里闷着还不如大家一起敞开心扉。

觉得好就去传承，觉得不好就去改变。

11月，我们站在candidate的舞台上说我们来自一个team是多么骄傲的一件事情。

我不在乎多你们这些对手哈哈！你们也不要在乎这个role有多累。

你累，因为你在走上坡路。

我把我足够坦诚的决定当成一份礼物送个你们，2011的夏天CI never leave without you :D
