What are some methods that help you stay away from sissy porn and hypno?
One thing I will share is exercise. When I go on a run, it clears my head and I can finally think clearly. It makes me realize what I really want out of my life and it doesn't involve sissy hypno/porn.
Anything you do?

What I try to do is watch netflix or listen to music anything I can to distract myself sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't
