Role: Modem Engineer

Job Scope:

• Responsible for Modem development work such as modulation, digital filter implementations, Forward Error Correction (FEC), Channel equalizer and interleaving implementations

 

Required Skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge background in Electrical Engineering, Radio Analog and Digital Communication Theory, Radio Frequency (RF) knowledge, Modem Techniques and Development
• Knowledge and experienced with Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) Firmware (FW) development work.
• Knowledge and experienced with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Firmware (FW) development work
• Familiar and experience working with Xilinx FPGA family or DSP from TI and Analog Devices is preferred
• Proficient with simulation tools such as MATLAB is preferred
