Thankyou for you letter, I appreciate you taking time to respond to our concerns here at SIS Danang.
I understand that you have accumulated losses over the past years and that fees will have to be adjusted accordingly, no one disputes this. However your justification still does not validate the new school fees.
The increment you showed is incorrect. The true rate not inclusive of the special offer is much more than that up to 91% in some cases. Furthermore, the newly proposed school fees will be in par with tuition at other provinces as you've shown, but the issue here is your infrastructure falls short of their standards in particular of an international school.
I understand your concerns has been operational losses, as you've mentioned with manpower but the main contributor is not only school fees but student teacher ratio. Like any other enterprises you need to have the numbers- more students, so it is unfair to say that school fees is the sole contributor.
With good intentions, I do hope that you will review the school fees so that many students and parents can continue to support SIS here in Danang for futher years to come.
Once again, I thank you for taking time to reply and we hope to hear from you soon.
