It's been a month now since we received a single page letter with the fee increases for DANANG SIS, and in this time we have not received a reasonable justification for the increase in fee's, your justification of covering costs only goes part way to making the increase acceptable.
You will need to back the increase in fee's by bringing SIS Danang services and facilities inline with other schools, higher teacher to student ratio's and extra specialist services would be a start.
I believe your staff, your managers and your own handling of this matter has been amateurish to say the least, I can assure you if I was to increase my companies fee's by this amount and did so in the same manner as you have done I would experience a revolt from my customers. To send out a letter with such a fee increase and almost no explanation or some things to soften the blow is just bad business.
I am quiet surprised by the amount of parents I have personally spoken to who have already made the decision to remove their children from your facility, sure we will only know at the time of registration but from what I have discussed with other parents surprised me, certainly there are families that simply cannot handle the increase in fee's but I have also spoken to quiet a few who are in a financial position to stay but have decided to go with other options because of what they see as an unfair and unjustifiable increase and poor communications on your companies behalf.
I look forward to seeing a detailed letter from your company outlining a rational reasoning and justification for the fee increase, prior to the 1st of June so that we can make a decision on our daughters future with your school.
