Before the interview the student is advised to adhere to the following guidelines:

1.    Download the MS Teams app on laptop/Desktop. MS Teams on web would not be feasible as student would be required to share screen with panel.

2.    Personal round of interview would be conducted only through MS Teams video call.

3.    Sufficient network coverage and data pack should be available with the student at the time of interview.

4.    The meeting invite would be sent out by the HR team – students are strictly advised to follow the timelines and be available in the meeting room 10 mins before the scheduled time.

5.    Students should be appropriately dressed in formals and should be prepared for the technical interview.

6.    Any forged information declared by the student pertaining to academic qualification & aggregate percentage would be deemed as disqualified from the process & which may further lead to termination of offer/employment.

7.    Students must be either from CSE or ECE branches only. Students from any other branch are forbidden from giving interview.

8.    Students with any existing/ongoing backlog in B.E/B.Tech is forbidden to participate in this process.

9.    Selected students would be offered within 7-10 days with joining date not exceeding 15th Sept 2021.

 

Note:

·         Late entries shall not be entertained.

·         Be tentative and alert towards all the email. As the entire process is online, the updates and other information will be communicating through emails.
