We are organizing a Close Campus drive of NestorBird Ltd. for B.Tech (All Branches) and MBA students of 2021 Batch.

Financial Package:
· Training Period: 12K per Month Stipend
· Pre – Independent Contributor Period: 3.00 LPA
· Independent Contributor Period: 3.60 LPA
Bond: 2 Years (Including Training Period) (Candidate need to submit a cheque of 1 Lakh within 10 days of Joining)
Growth Cycle:
Growth Path Plan for Fresher Engineers as below:
· Phase 1 - Boot Camp Period
o This period would be six months in which required training and mentoring will be provided to entry-level engineers. During the training period, stipends will be paid. This training period will be for a minimum of 6 months, though it can be extended based on the below factors:
§ A person is yet to graduate. E.g. In the case, where we have hired last semester students which is a training semester. In that case, the training period would be considered till the time they graduate or join us after their final exams.
§ A person’s performance is not up to the mark and he/she is not ready for live projects (based on mentor’s and external person assessment). But at the same time, we see the potential of their growth with additional efforts of 1-3 months of the additional period. In that case, the training period would be extended accordingly. This period, in no case, will exceed a total of six months.
· Phase 2 - Pre - Independent Contributor Period
o We will induct them with respective tech leads/mentor/project managers to work on live projects under the guidance of respective seniors. Their work will be regularly reviewed and mentoring would be offered to continually improve. The duration of this phase would be one year.
· Phase 3 - Independent Contributor Period (Growth Path)
o In this phase, we expect a person to be an independent performer after one year of work over live projects. Duration of this would be the remaining period of a person with our organization out of a total of 2 years (including training period). In an ideal scenario, it would be 9 months.
Training Evaluation:
The performance of an individual would be assessed by an independent panel and either of the following recommendations would be made:
1. “Good to Go” Rating for “Live Projects” Period
2. “Neutral Rating” Need more mentoring and training before ready for next growth. Recommended for another evaluation in the duration of 1-3 months.
3. “Fitment or Skill issue” - Person didn’t perform up to the mark and badly failed the assessment after the training period.
Appraisal:
The person will get an appraisal after 2 years of his/her association with us and its % growth/increment would solely depend on individual performance.
Appreciation for exceptional Performers:
For the exceptional performer, we would have the provision of below:
1. Their financial cycle can be preponed. It would be at the recommendation of the dept head and due diligence of performance stats. E.g. Any exceptional performer can be at the “Scaling Up” financial package period after one year or even less than 1.3 years based on his/her performance.
2. Project-based incentives can be proposed by the respective dept head based on the good performance of the individual and his/her contribution to business retention/growth.
Profile 01: Developer (DotNet, Python (ERPNext))
Eligible Qualification: B.Tech (CS/IT/EC)
Job Description:
· Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
· Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
· Integrate software components and third-party programs
· Verify and deploy programs and systems
· Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
· Gather and evaluate user feedback
· Recommend and execute improvements
· Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
Shortlisting Criteria
· Skill (Java/.net/ PHP/ Python/ Node js/ Angular js/ Node js)
· Aptitude (analytical, reasoning )

Profile 02: Sales
Eligible Qualification: B.Tech (All Branches) & MBA
Job Description:
· Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets
· Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes
· Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to fulfill all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.
· To scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plans
· Delivering targeted top line as per the project's business plan by meeting sales targets.
· Participating in negotiations
