Profile: Executive Engineer Trainee (EET) / Executive Management Trainee (EMT)
Location: District Headquarters in Bihar, M.P. and U.P

Important Details:
Eligibility Criteria:
· B Tech Civil Final year students who appeared in the 2019-20, 2020-21 received degree certification/ Provisional degree. Academic scores 65% & above in 10th, 12th or Dip in Civil Engineering and Engineering Graduation Aggregate score 60%.
· MBA Final year students who appeared in 2019-20, 2020-21 received degree certification/ Provisional degree. Academic scores 12th, Graduation and Post-Graduation Aggregate score 60% & above.
Details about the remuneration & other benefits
· EET / B Tech Civil - Rs 4.50 LPA during training & Rs 5.00 LPA after confirmation. After completion of 6 months of successful training the EETs will be confirmed as Sr. Executive Marketing Technical Services for the role of TTE. (Interested B Tech Civil can also be given opportunities after internal assessment in Business Strategy, Business Excellence, Key Account Management - Non Trade, Trade Sales)
· EMT / MBA Marketing - Rs 5.25 LPA during training & Rs 5.75 LPA after confirmation. After completion of 6 months of successful training the EMTs will be confirmed as Asst Manager -Sales for the role of TSE. (For EMTs there are opportunities in other functions like Branding, Business Strategy, Business Excellence, Key Account Management - Non Trade, Network Expansion Project, etc).
· Other Benefits (BYOS) = Management Trainee can buy a Laptop, Android Mobile Phone, Two-Wheeler for official use and reimbursement for the same will be made on a monthly installment basis for the duration of 36 months. Details regarding the scheme will be shared during the pre-placement talk.
· Medical & Insurance Benefits - Medical Insurance in case of Hospitalization for the Employee (self) & his dependents, Accident Insurance for self and Life Insurance for self.
· We request that the trainees will ensure Vaccination 1st & 2nd Dose before their joining.

2. Online Written Test
3. Group Discussions
4. Personal Interview,
Schedule is as follows,
· Online Pre-Placement Talk - Brief details about the organization, Understanding the Job Description, Remuneration and other benefits etc. During 1st & 2nd week Oct21
· Online test for 100 marks in the month of Oct 21 (Elimination round)
· Online Group Discussion during Oct 21 (Elimination round)
· Personal Interviews during Nov 21.
· LOI - Letter of Intent will be given to the selected student on the same day of their PIs.
· Students will be invited for the onboarding process including a two weeks induction Program (Online or Classroom based on the COVID- 19 guidelines) & place of posting will be intimated to the Management trainees during their Induction Program.
